Appellate advocacy requires special skills, in areas such as writing briefs, analyzing and framing legal issues, legal research, and presentation of oral argument. The quality of the briefs submitted to the court can have a direct effect upon the outcome of an appeal, and we pride ourselves in the quality of work. Our extensive experience in writing, editing and research has enabled us to successfully defend judgments we have obtained for our clients and obtain reversals of decisions by lower courts.
